I’m an internationally experienced chef and culinary leader with a passion for creating exceptional food, developing innovative menus and building memorable dining experiences. Over the years, I’ve worked across diverse culinary environments, from high-volume hospitality and events to bespoke restaurant concepts, bringing a combination of creativity, strong kitchen leadership and commercial understanding to every project.

My strengths lie in menu development, restaurant concepts, food costing, kitchen operations, team development and creating dishes that are both exciting and commercially successful. I enjoy taking an idea from the initial concept through to the finished plate and building the systems and team required to make it work.

I’m now looking to bring my experience and creativity to my next challenge, whether that’s as an Executive Chef, Culinary Director or Consultant Chef, working with restaurants, hospitality groups, investors or owners who are looking to create something exceptional.
