Globally Minded, Culinary Focused, Michellin Trained.
I am a private chef with classical french training, farm to table background, and exotic multi-cultural expertise. My family have been farmers for a long time and I grew up with a passion for garden grown produce. My menus will likely reflect this with items I can get from farms around me. I am trained in classic French cuisine and New American cuisines and can prepare these with ease but my true individuality comes from my experience with cuisines from around the world. I have spent extensive time in Western Europe, Japan, and Thailand and I cherish the oppurtunity to send people on a gastronomic vacation in the comfort of their home. Most recently, I have spent time working for arguably the most important Thai restaurant in the world, Bo.lan, and have a wealth of information and techniques to share. I worked for another up and coming restaurant in Thailand as well called Samrub Samrub Thai headed by Chef Prin Polsuk.
