I am an Italian private chef, driven by ingredients, technique, and the pleasure of hosting.
I am an architect by profession and a chef by passion, two worlds that constantly inspire one another. Architecture has taught me to think in terms of harmony, detail, and emotion, and those same principles guide the way I design every private dining experience. Cooking is my creative counterbalance, a space where I express the more intimate and personal side of who I am.
My culinary roots trace back to my childhood on Lake Como, where I learned recipes and techniques from my mother and grandmothers in kitchens filled with tradition, intuition, and dishes passed down through generations. Their influence remains the foundation of everything I cook today.
I later gained five years of hands-on experience in my uncle’s restaurant on Lake Como, where I learned the rhythm of a professional kitchen and the joy of cooking for others with intention and authenticity. These years shaped my ability to transform simple ingredients into meaningful moments.
Today, alongside my work as an architect, I offer private chef experiences that bring together my Italian heritage, my family’s culinary legacy, and my eye for design. My approach is honest and personal, rooted in the flavors I grew up with and expressed through traditional Italian cuisine prepared with care, served in a way that feels warm, refined, and deeply connected to home.
