I love to mix heritage with modern cuisine.
I am a Spanish chef born in Barcelona from south Spain parents. I love to read and learn about food. I’ve worked with Michelin starred chefs as Artur Martínez or Rodrigo de la Calle. In my resume there are traditional Spanish restaurants as well as Michelin starred restaurants.
I believe that there is no modern cuisine without looking back to traditional recipes.
