while studying university in my home conutry started to work in the kitchen in several restaurant and i fouded love for cooking. Ive been doing this for more than 15 years. I found myself in a time where i value more cuality time. Im from a small country call Uruguay (small country between argentina and Brasil. My japanese background is because my grandparets emigrate to southamerica in the second ww. Ive been living in japan for 10 years now working in several kitchen.Cooking took me to know people from all around the world, I found myself cooking for my love ones inspirtional for new recepies and taste. i share time cooking with them too.
I have worked as a personal chef for the ambasador of Uruguay and his wife for 2 years. It been sessed for Covid several reasons.
