Western Michelin cook from Poland, based in Tokyo.
Cooking is my live path in which I feel the best. I cook for almost 10 years and every year I'm trying to growth and turn best quality products into great western dishes. I was working for Michelin Star restaurants in Poland and right now I'm cooking for private guests, doing Individual Meal Prep. I also prepare small events and bake sourdough bread.
