I have been professionally cooking for more than 10 years after graduating at the high school of cooking in Italy.
Born and raised in the beautiful italian island of Sicily, I grew up eating and cooking some of the best ingredients in the world. After graduation I began to travel and work as cook around the world, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and from 3 years untill now living in Japan. Blessed to live and discover some of the most amazing products a chef could ever dream of.
