I was born in Milan but my parents are from Sardinia
I have been in a restaurant since was 14 years old as a waiter
I started cooking at about 25 years old after i came to Japan, but i steel to be in the service side.
About 10 years ago I start to do cooking class at home because I wanted people to know how Italian food can be deliciously made.
In my lesson, you can learn a wide range of recipes that can be easily reproduced at home and Italian food that is perfect for hospitality dishes, based on Mamma's home cooking and the recipe learned from chef Papa.
