I am a private chef with over a decade of experience. I studied at School of hospitality in New York City and in 2015 I joined my grandma restaurant to work as a chef. After three years I decided to learn international cuisine and I moved to Italy, France and Spain. In 2023 I decided to settle in Japan because of my interest with sushi and matcha.
