I started my career as a chef when he was 16. Being a excecutive sushi chef at Buddha Bellies Cooking School, also works as a Sushi consultant, a private chef (mainly overseas). We worked for David Beckham family at Nihi, Mark Pincus at SF as a private chef. We currently do a consulting for Nihi Sumba resort in Indonesia.

Experienced and acquired skill as a Sushi and Kappou chef at the restaurants in Osaka.
