The Culinary Institute of America graduate.

I am a professional chef, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, lives in Yokohama with my wife, son, and lovely dog. I teach cooking at a culinary school in Tokyo as well as working as a food consultant in Kanto area. Having worked at Chez Panisse in Berkeley California, I really enjoy cooking with organic food in my dishes as much as possible.
