Mexican Cook with 7 years of experience in the culinary industry, food and beverages. I finished my Bachelor of Gastronomy in Mexico City in 2007 at the Colegio Superior de Gastronomia, the first University of Gastronomy in Latin America. I worked in banquets as a waiter as well as in the production area, I worked in restaurants of grilled meat cuts, fish and seafood.
Currently working in Korea at a Mexican-Korean restaurant in Seoul.
