Mexican Cook with 7 years of experience in the culinary industry, food and beverages. I finished my Bachelor of Gastronomy in Mexico City in 2007 at the Colegio Superior de Gastronomia, the first University of Gastronomy in Latin America. I worked in banquets as a waiter as well as in the production part, I worked in restaurants of grilled meat cuts, fish and seafood, Bankers Club of Mexico, one of my last jobs was as partie chef in a Spanish insurance company Mapfre, Tepeyac giving service to managers and executives.
Currently working in Korea at a Mexican-Korean restaurant in Seoul.
