I am a professional chef and i am working in this domain for 10 years now. after i finish the management in tourism college, i felt that i want to be a chef, and after i went to follow a professional course. After this, i started as a commis chef ( it's the first position in kitchen) and basically for more than 6 months i only cut the vegetables and clean the kitchen. after i stardet to develop myself a lot, because i stayed over the schedule and read many cookbooks and even try many recipes. Now , i am a head chef af a new and very elegant restaurant on the lake herastrau with the french mediteranean cuisine.
