I’m a chef driven by curiosity, technique, and the desire to create something distinctive with every menu. My experience spans fine dining, private villas, catamaran expeditions, and independent culinary projects across Europe. From contemporary Romanian cuisine to Japanese and Nikkei influences, I enjoy exploring different culinary cultures while keeping the ingredients and the details at the center of my cooking. Having delivered over 200 private dinners, I’ve learned that the best menus are not just about what I want to cook, but about understanding the people I’m cooking for.
