With about 15 years of experience I began my cooking journey at a pizza restaurant lead by an Italian Chef. I admired his passion, cooking skills, secrets and the perfectionism in everything he did. I decided that I wanted to be more. I am specialized in Romanian modern cuisine, French cuisine, Italian cuisine, Asian cuisine and International cuisine.
