I am a passionate chef, dedicated to the culinary arts and to continuously improving my craft. Mediterranean cuisine is my specialty and main source of inspiration, thanks to its fresh ingredients, authentic flavors and elegant simplicity. At the same time, my experience with international cuisines allows me to create versatile menus and incorporate diverse influences according to each client’s preferences and desires.

As a Private Chef, I pay close attention to every aspect of the experience — from selecting the finest ingredients and preparing each dish, to the final presentation and impeccable cleanliness of the workspace. I believe that respect for the ingredients, hygiene, organization and attention to the smallest details are essential to delivering a truly high-level culinary experience.
