Hi, my name is Paul, I am 19 years old and I am studying general medicine at UMF "Iuliu Hatieganu". I started cooking about five years ago at home and then, I also started working at a small, but prestigious restaurant near my house during the summer holiday and I was hooked on cooking ever since. Instead of going out with my friends I went to work for free to learn as much as I could from chef Marin Popescu, who taught me most of the techniques I know today and helped me develop my culinary senses.
