I’ve worked a lot in fine dining, but I also love making simple, comforting food with great local ingredients.
I’m Radu, a chef with a passion for both fine dining and comforting food. I’ve spent three years at Roata, one year at Pastel, and now I’m the Head Chef at Fragment, where I’ve been leading the kitchen for the past year and a half. I’ve completed a professional gastronomy program, and I’m always learning, reading cookbooks, and experimenting with new ideas. For me, cooking is about more than just food—it’s about creating experiences, connecting with people, and using local ingredients to tell a story.
