I am a professional chef with over 18 years of experience in high-end kitchens, specializing in Japanese cuisine combined with international influences. I have worked extensively as a teppanyaki and sushi chef at Benihana Bucharest and Sheraton Bucharest, where I developed both strong technical skills and a passion for creating interactive, memorable dining experiences.

I am currently the Head Chef at Nobori Japanese Restaurant in Cluj Napoca, responsible for menu creation, quality control, and maintaining high culinary standards.

Alongside my restaurant career, I have significant experience in private dining and international cuisine, gained through years of cooking privately in Bucharest. This allows me to adapt my menus to each client, combining refined Japanese techniques with global flavors, always focusing on balance, freshness, and presentation.

My goal is to bring a professional restaurant experience into your home. I prefer serving 10–15 guests, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and the highest quality on every plate. I am very open to discussing menus, dietary requirements, and personal preferences, so each event feels tailored and unique.
