I have been activeôy involved in cooking for 15 years.... i come from a family where my father was a butcher. i went through various jobs. I worked in Slovakia but most of the time i work in Corsica We focus on the essence of Corsican gastronomy, which we want to dress in a new dress. I like to try to turn fresh ingredients into a magical and uforgettable food experience.
