Chef Christof Maximilian

As I grew up in our family's Inn high up in the Austrian Alps, I realized already with young aged - that's it, having tables full of guests, glasses filled with wine and a smoking sizzling pan in front of me on the stove and sharing most precious things and a talk here and there between the course.

I'm open for new trends , but rather more old fashioned, on the base of the triangle border region I was raised. Basically my cuisine is typical Austrian, but very influenced by Italy and Slovenia, which is quite interesting, tastes are quite divers from the mountains to the coast.

From my journeys, especially to Asia, dishes sometimes find some fusion which are really a nice mix.
