Chef Dario Genchi

Italian, 31 years old, based in Germany, graduated in Italy at the school of tourism and hospitality, from the region of Apulia also Known as 'The door of the East', one of the most beautiful places in the world, where History, Culture and Food are the basis of the identity of my Land.

Being also a curious traveler and living in a multicultural environment like Berlin brought to my Cuisine, Mediterranean, Arab and North-Eastern influences, allowing me to know my origins better, remembering the past and looking to the future.

After years of experience in various ranks of gastronomy, tourism, hospitality and Co-working, I have learned to use an appropriate form of communication and management, understanding how to use correct working tools and efficient procedures, developing functional and effective workflows.

Inspired by creativity and teamwork to achieve common goals, I like to work out the choice of strategies with people for people, I continue the pursuit of projects that would support my philosophy and enthusiasm about creating and generating new perspectives and innovations in the gastronomic and catering fields.
