Hi! I'm Clara! nice to meet you. I'm a professional chef with more than 10 years of experience in the field. I was born in the south of Argentina where you get to learn about nature and ingredients not so common to work with so I'm truly passionate about new challenges and working with great ingredients. I like to make food that reminds you to your childhood but with a twist of "i would never forget this new flavor" kind of feeling.
