Durante estos 10 años, adquirí conocimientos en El hotel Llao Llao (Chef Rodrigo Ayala), Restaurant Thymus (Chef Fernando Mayoral), Syrop (Chef Liliana Numer), L´abeille (Chef Fernando mayoral y Alejo Weissman), Rosine Catering (Chef Rosine Bengolea), Mao Sushi (Chef Manuel Señorans).
