Chef Alfonso Allocca

Hello,

I m a Professional Cook Alfonso 34 old, I just don't like the word Chef it doesn't mirror myself.

I studied at IPSAR Luigi de Medici Ottaviano NA Italy, I was passionate about cooking but for some reason, I complete the last 2 of the 5 years studying bar and service.

I worked for five years as a waiter and barman, then I have been traveling for 2 years visiting and living in Indonesia, Srilanka, Australia, Marocco, India, Thailand, Philippines, and others.

During that time, I found out that one of the most things that makes me most happy is preparing a meal for someone, soo I decided to start a job in a kitchen and now I m on my way already 5 years.
