My name is Balint Bogdan, and my journey with food started at the age of 8, cooking alongside my grandparents in Hungary. What began as a family passion quickly became a lifelong calling.
Over the last 16 years, I’ve worked my way through fine bistros, traditional kitchens, and Michelin-starred restaurants in Budapest and Vienna. I was part of teams that opened restaurants and achieved Michelin recognition, and by the age of 24, I had already worked as sous chef in several top establishments. I was then invited to join a two-Michelin-star restaurant in Vienna, but later left to become sous chef at Seven North, where I helped design new dishes and shape ever-changing menus. Today, I’m stepping into my first role as head chef in Vienna — while keeping my passion for private dining alive.
Why private dining? Because it allows me to go deeper: to focus entirely on the food and the people I’m cooking for. Every dish I create comes from memories, inspiration, and years of technical experience, crafted with finesse. I don’t just cook dinner — I design experiences that light up the eyes, fire up the heart, and leave a lasting impression.
