I’m Guilherme — a Brazilian-Japanese chef, food lover, and traveler who’s turned a passion for cooking into a way of connecting with people around the world. After more than 10 years working in kitchens across Brazil, Australia, Malaysia, Germany, Portugal, and now Austria, I’ve developed a style that blends bold flavours, cultural inspiration, and a bit of storytelling in every dish.
My menus are influenced by everywhere I’ve lived and cooked — from Japanese precision to Brazilian soul, Mediterranean freshness to Southeast Asian spice. I believe great food should be personal, warm, and memorable.
