I am a professional chef with 30+ years of experience. I studied at 2 most important gastronomic universities in Mexico. I won 2 contests and worked at 3 restaurants in Valencia, Spain. I've conducted 2 culinary TV shows, and also owned 3 restaurants in Mexico City. Nowadays I am coaching some healthy food businesses entrepeneurs.I've been chef instructor at the most important gastronomic universities in Mexico. I have written 2 books regarding how healthy food improves your quality of life. These books include more than 60 recipes of my own. Now I am living in Vienna
