I am an independent and organized person able to work alone aswell as to be a team leader working under pressure and adapting to different situations quickly. I have gained valuable work experience as a professional chef in gourmet restaurants and 5 star hotels and I am able to cook A la carte aswell as Buffets and Canapés for events and flying dinners.
