I am born in Italy, after chef´s school I traveled as much as possible to learn: Sardinia, Milan, Saint Moritz, Hamburg, London, Budapest... until I started to work in a michelin star Restaurant in Vienna.
After I opened a restaurant where we reached the 15.5 points & 3 heads Gault Millau within 3 years from the start.
