Current Private Chef with 20 years experience in gourmet catering, fine dining and contemporary casual dining. Ive worked sous chef for executive dining at MTV, Viacom, and Marsh & Mercer. My last position in the states was pop up chef at JP Morgan Chase. I’ve been living in Europe for the last 10 yrs where I’ve been working for a family. I’ve attended a few culinary classes at Le cordon bleu in London.
