Get to know me better

A Portuguese chef who cooks to bring people together,

I’m a chef from Portugal, trained at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Coimbra, with experience in Michelin-starred kitchens. My path took me through London, where I worked with French, Peruvian, and Nikkei influences, and later to Austria, where I refined my understanding of Japanese cuisine.

Today, my cooking brings together these techniques in a personal way, focused on flavor, balance, and hospitality. For me, great food only works when it’s paired with attentive service and an experience that feels natural, relaxed, and memorable for the guest.
