I'm a French private chef who offer elegant, straightforward cuisine, inspired by the concept of “Naturalité” and distinguished by its apparent simplicity.

The products are prepared with the utmost respect for the seasons, minimally processed to bring out their true identity. To guarantee this quality, the ingredients are selected in close collaboration with local cultivators or committed producers around the world.

I communicate through my dishes the classic bases of French cuisine learned during my training by mixing the flavors memorized from travels and experiences in the four corners of the world, from Peru to Japan via Portugal, Morocco, Madagascar and even Sweden.
