Spanish chef with a lot of flare, easy going making very tasty food
I am a professional chef with 13+ years experience. I was trained in London by and Austrian chef (Franz Schinagl) and have being cooking all sorts of foods, from Austrian and Spanish to Indian and Asian.
I have worked in several fields during my career, I started in street food, then I moved into carterings, where my biggest client was the Austrian embassy in London as well as private jobs. i.e. weddings, birthday parties, company events, etc.
From there I moved to restaurant jobs, working in French cusine, Indian, Chinese and Spanish in a michellin star restaurant.
No challange is too big.
