I am an Italian chef on a mission: to bring the heart of real Italian home cooking to Bulgaria. Born in Treviso and trained at the DIEFFE Culinary Academy, left the restaurant world to focus on what matters most—sharing the soul of regional Italian cuisine. Through cooking classes, private events, and tailor-made food experiences, i blends tradition, simplicity, and authenticity. My dishes tell stories of Italy’s diverse culinary roots, always using seasonal ingredients and a touch of home. Fluent in Bulgarian, I do wish to connects cultures—one plate at a time.
