I have been a professional chef for 14 years now. I've graduated from a culinary school and have had an internship at Housse de Loir ** Michelin stars restaurant in France. Throughout the years I have also worked for Hilton and various fine dinning restaurants with a selection of clientele. However, I was also leading Billa's Bonaparte's culinary show where I was showing the preparation and serving of selected recipes. Moreover, in 2015 I was the personal chef of a Bulgarian businesswoman.
I had also been a head chef at Tempero restaurant, Al Forno restaurant and Cafe 1920- a brunch concept restaurant. Most recently, in 2021, I managed to create the first of its kind restaurant in Bulgaria called Re Club at the heart of Sofia, where culture and fine dinning are combined.
