I am an Executive Chef and Culinary Consultant with more than 15 years of international professional experience. I have worked in reputable kitchens across the Netherlands, the United States, the Republic of Korea, Russia, and the United Kingdom, developing strong expertise in modern techniques, team leadership, and the creation of sustainable culinary concepts. My professional background includes positions ranging from Head Chef in fine dining restaurants to Senior Culinary Instructor at HRC Culinary Academy, as well as involvement in numerous training and development projects within the gastronomic field.
Upon returning to Bulgaria, I have focused on contributing to the advancement of the local culinary scene and promoting the quality of Bulgarian produce. My work is characterized by professionalism, respect for ingredients, and a commitment to delivering a refined culinary experience.
