A good dinner should be an experience, it should be a party, business dinner or romantic setting. That is what I strife for, a night to remember.
Started working in kitchens in 1998 in The Netherlands and loved it. In 2001 I wanted more so I decided to travel and worked in France, Switzerland and Spain to learn about different styles, tastes, dishes and cultures. In 2005 I started working as a profesional head Chef, running kitchen teams for weddings, cultural events, car shows, golf tournaments ect. Recently moved to this beautiful Country Chile to start a new adventure here.
