I am a Chef and Caterer with over 18 years of experience in the culinary industry. Trained at Culinary Chile with a specialization in international cuisine, I’ve worked as an Outdoor Chef, traveling across different countries and deepening my understanding of each one’s gastronomic culture.
Currently, I split my time between Chile and Palma de Mallorca, spending 8 months in Chile and 3 months in Spain each year. My expertise lies in organizing weddings, exclusive events, and crafting unique culinary experiences for private brands. I also offer private chef services, bringing my passion for cooking to special places and people.
