I am a professional chef with more than 10 years of experience. I studied at the Technical Institute of Food and Beverages in Mexico, with years of work in Japanese cuisine at Grupo Kampai. In 2020 I arrived in Prague to dedicate myself to Mexican cuisine. Then the opportunity opened up for me at Four Seasons Hotel Prague, and now I work with Mediterranean cuisine at SEVENNORTH.
