I am graduated in French culinary cooking cuisine and butcher/catering, both at the CFA Saint Cyril and the CFA Nantes.

I spend the 1st 9 years of my career, working in different parts of the world from the UK to Tahiti, Caribbean, and Switzerland to learn the different styles of cooking ranging from Michelin Star establishments to the traditional cookeries, brasseries and seafood restaurant.
