Hi, I'm Giulio, a 29-year-old chef, an Italian from Florence who graduated in Italy at the hotel institute.
After that I undertook the cooking in the starred restaurants, from 1-2-3 Michelin stars, then I carried out the Italian cooking championships, taking home the silver medal. After a while I moved to Prague, where they contacted me for the world championships in Sydney
