I have been actively involved in cooking for 15 years... I come from a family where my father was a butcher. I went through various jobs. I worked in Slovakia, but most of the time i work in Corsica. We focus on the essence of Corsican gastronomy, which we want to dress in a new dress. I like to try to turn fresh ingredients into a magical and unforgettable food experience.
