I worked in several best Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and hosted a number of successful pop-up tasting events in many countries. I also successfully attended tens of national or international cooking competitions. Worked or staged in kitchens of Austria, England, Greece, and Malta. My dishes are creative, intriguing, and full of flavor. They represent traditional ingredients and flavors of the rich central European cuisine, individuality, and passion for cooking. Ladislav cooked a fabulous meal for 14 guests - outstanding food, interesting ingredients, very punctual and cleaned up quickly. A great event!

A truly amazing experience throughout, from flavor to cooking to chef interaction. Was a perfect experience for our special event and looking forward to doing it again!

Chef Ladislav was FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend hiring him as your personal chef! He is very thoughtful about the menu and will happily cater to your tastebuds. Chef Ladislav was very professional, we were a bit nervous because it was our first time having a private chef, but the experience was incredible and one-of-a-kind. Chef Ladislav made comfortable conversation and the dinner experience seamless. The dishes were beautiful and tasted even better than they looked! One of our favorite parts was when he had us "help" make the main dish! Chef Ladislav made us feel that we were in a restaurant and it was a magical experience! Would highly recommend using Chef Ladislav for your personal chef needs. :)

We had an excellent and amazing Valentine‘s dinner with Chef Ladislav Florean at our house. The menu, consisting of 5 innovative, creative and delicious courses and a spectacular dessert painting show at the end was amazing and the chef was simply perfect: Punctual, attentive, wearing double mask, explaining all dishes and cleaning up perfectly thereafter! So a clear 10 out of, highly recommendable and we‘ll definitely book hin again!!! The only issue was that I actually did book him before via his own website for a 10-courses dinner, which he was not able to provide alone due to the Covid restrictions. So literally by chance we found each other again on „Take a Chef“ for a 5 courses menu as he saw me still not having found a decent menu proposal. Overall we were disappointed with the vast majority of the menu proposals (with some exceptions) on „Take a Chef“: Most were not according to our specific & stated requirements (4-5 courses, creative, special) and basically most chefs were suggesting (literally) Pasta - Fish/Meat - Tiramisu for up to 3.000 CZK per person, something I could have done myself equally well and much cheaper... So the crisis seems not to affect chefs and restaurants as much as we thought and some are still living in a pre Covid world...????‍♂️
