A Žižkov punk at heart, a passionate chef by profession—blending street food with fine dining.

I've been cooking since childhood—it's both my passion and my career. I thrive on the joy of cooking for friends just as much as the precision and discipline of a professional kitchen. My experience ranges from food trucks to fine dining, giving me a broad perspective on flavors and techniques. In Prague, I run a catering service and a pop-up restaurant in Žižkov, while also supplying desserts to other restaurants.

On Take a Chef, I want to focus primarily on local and vegan cuisine, which currently inspires me the most. I'm dedicated to honing my skills in this area and pushing creative boundaries with plant-based dishes.

Chef Livie is fantastic! From start to finish she was professional, attentive, and thoughtful. She understood exactly what we wanted and executed perfectly for my partners birthday dinner. Communicating with her was so easy. Everyone in our party was impressed. The food surpassed our expectations. The birthday cake was especially good and thoughtful for our event.
