A Žižkov punk at heart, a passionate chef by profession—blending street food with fine dining.
I've been cooking since childhood—it's both my passion and my career. I thrive on the joy of cooking for friends just as much as the precision and discipline of a professional kitchen. My experience ranges from food trucks to fine dining, giving me a broad perspective on flavors and techniques. In Prague, I run a catering service and a pop-up restaurant in Žižkov, while also supplying desserts to other restaurants.
On Take a Chef, I want to focus primarily on local and vegan cuisine, which currently inspires me the most. I'm dedicated to honing my skills in this area and pushing creative boundaries with plant-based dishes.
