Chef Mariko Mariko

I'm Mariko, a private chef with a career that began in Los Angeles

cooking for Hollywood's A-list and now runs through Prague, where I host

private dinners overlooking the Vltava.

My kitchen has fed people who can eat anywhere and still want something

different but familiar. I cooked privately for Jared Leto, designed a

private dinner for David Lynch, and worked with producers, writers, and

public figures who value discretion as much as flavor. Along the way I

lived and cooked across Vietnam and India, where I trained as a licensed

Ayurvedic educator and learned the stories behind the ingredients I use

today.

My food is globally inspired and locally sourced: the precision of

private Hollywood kitchens, the spice of India, the clean flavors of

Southeast Asia, and the exceptional seasonal produce of the Czech

Republic. Whether it's a dinner for two, a holiday table, or a multi-day

stay in a villa, I build every menu around the people at the table.

I'm based in Prague and available to travel across Europe.
