I am a professional chef with 21 years of experience. After graduating from Pragueś renowned Culinary Institute of Gastronomie and later attaining a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, I obtained my first Executive Chef Position at the age of 24. Then I went on to hold several different Executive Chef Positions. After traveling and gaining a wide range of experience, I settled down in Prague. Now I work as a Private lector, chef, advisor in the field of gastronomy.
