I am an educated chef originally from Mexico city, I move to Denmark many years ago and after working at many places I opened El Patrón a Traditional Mexican Cuisine street food stall that was born April 2017. After a succesfull pop up restaurant in the Westmarket in Vesterbro, the idea became concrete that I needed to continue and to celebrate Mexican cuisine in Copenhagen.
