am a professional Private and Yacht Chef with over 12 years of culinary experience, having worked across luxury yachts, private residences and fine dining environments throughout Europe, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

My cuisine is inspired by my international experience and combines Mediterranean, French, Italian and Asian influences. I have a particular passion for fresh seafood, premium meats, vibrant seasonal produce and elegant, contemporary presentation.

Throughout my career, I have cooked for international owners, charter guests and private families, creating everything from relaxed Mediterranean lunches and healthy family-style meals to refined multi-course dining experiences. I am also experienced in accommodating allergies, dietary requirements, Kosher preferences and individually tailored menus.

For me, being a private chef is about much more than preparing excellent food. I enjoy understanding my guests, discovering what they love and creating a menu specifically around them. Every dinner should feel personal, effortless and memorable.
