I am the queen of spice and flavor. I excel at Caribbean, American and SE Asian cuisine. I am from Miami but live in Denmark because I married a Dane. Cooking for others is my passion, hobby, and joy. I believe food closes cultural gaps and brings people together. It is my goal to bring a taste of the American south and the flavor of the Caribbean to Denmark. My husband and I grow our own Scotch Bonnet chilies. My peppers make a potent and tasty hot sauce -you are most welcome to try it...if you can handle the heat!
